GENERAL
DESCRIPTION |
|
MINERAL SCRATCH RENDER is a
ready-mixed lime-cement based mortar. This decorative render
gives you the ability to produce an attractive, decorative
coarse look. It is intended for the protection and decoration
of the usual exterior and also interior wall surfaces,
particularly suitable as finish for lime-cement renders. This
textured coating provides good weather and ageing resistance,

ecologically harmful ingredients
and has good water vapour permeability and is water repellent.
Surfaces to be finished must be clean, dry and sound. Colour
Range: off- white.

APPLICATION
|
|
Mixing: 25 kg (1 bag) thoroughly
mix (app. 4 minutes) with app. 4,7 litres of water. Mortar
must be free of lumps before using. Using concrete mixer,
several mixes should be put in mortar trough before
application. Spread the mortar on surfaces manually by a
stainless steel trowel. Spraying application is also possible.
Maximum
thickness of up to 15 mm reducing to 12 mm after scratching.
The right time for scratching dependss on weather conditions.
The surface is ready to scratch when moist mortar does not
adhere to the tool. Application Temperature: +8°C - +30°C.
Avoid application under direct sunlight and when it is raining
or freezing. Protect from rainfall for 24 hours (at least 2
days the shades) (20°C, 65% R.H.).
